Introduction:

There are three possible IT projects that can be performed at Global Computing:

1.Coding Performance Improvement project - eventide though Global Computers is an IT company, they do not believe they design computing resources wisely because programs are not coded for efficiency.

2.Online Six Sigma prepare Project - The project would attempt to lower training be by moving training to an online format.

3.Web Site Redesign Project - The Companys corporate nett site has grown and Global Computers is shy(p) that it meets current customer removes and is attracting new customers.

4.Wireless Technology Project - There have been great advancements in wireless engineering science and Global Computers is not taking advantage of them.

The overall finishing of Global Computers is to sponsor the project that will make the biggest impact in benefit while minimizing the cost.

Global Computers Inc. provides a variety of computer-related goods and services to customers passim the world.



The corporate headquarters has more than 50,000 undecomposed-time employees and another 30,000 wide of the mark and part-time employees are located throughout the world.

2.0Business Objective

To redesign the web site and implement features that current customers need and features that will feed new customers.

3.0 Current Situation and Problem/Opportunity Statement

Global Computers is implicated that its current website does not attract customers and it does not serve the need of the current customers.

4.0 Critical Assumption and Constraints

We assume we have ample access to the companys web server, adequate working environment and full cooperation from all involved.
